On the heels of his best MLS season yet, LA Galaxy captain Robbie Keane on Wednesday was honored with the 2014 Volkswagen MLS Most Valuable Player award.
The 34-year-old Republic of Ireland international enjoyed a phenomenal 2014, registering an MLS career-high 19 goals and 14 assists over 29 appearances, directly contributing to nearly half of the Galaxy's league-leading 69 goals.
