The Seattle Sounders may still be looking to nab that elusive MLS Cup, but one of the architects of the team's success in MLS is not going anywhere.
During a press conference to conclude the Sounders' 2014 season on Thursday, team co-owner and general manager Adrian Hanauer announced that head coach Sigi Schmid had signed a multiyear contract to remain with the club.
