Tim Howard is walking back claims made in his newly released book that fellow English Premier League and USMNT goalkeeper Brad Friedel attempted to block his 2003 move from the MetroStars to Manchester United.
The Everton ‘keeper released a statement Tuesday on Twitter saying he has directed his publisher to amend future copies of “The Keeper.”
