American Exports: Freddy Adu clarifies departure from FK Jagodina, says he was on six-month contract
Freddy Adu is once again on the hunt for a new club after his departure from Serbia's FK Jagodina, but wants to make it clear: he did not depart any earlier than planned.
The club announced Sunday that it had released Adu, but the 24-year-old took to Twitter Monday to clarify the circumstances of his split.
